Lumps and bumps under the skin?

Hi, KSB, and welcome! The bump could be a lymph node or perhaps a trigger point. Try not to do body exams because you will always find something. 🙂

Please write an introduction to the forum. You can get lost in just responding to old posts. Members don’t know you are here! Just a little about yourself and your dealing with fibro should get you responses. We do have a good group here.

Be sure to read Fibro 101...the first thread on the forum. There are links to good info about fibro and you will learn a lot there. Knowledge is power so do read it.

What I have found out about the lumps:
I cut out all gluten in my diet and they were diminished to the point that I am convinced the inflamation in my arms at least are caused by eating gluten. Give it a try.
