Hello All,
I'm curious to know for those who suffer with nasty trigger points, what therapy has or has not worked for you? Massage, injections, stretching etc.
Thanks,
Elizabeth

Elizabeth, gentle massage has helped me with that. My massage therapist has studied how to massage people with fibro so it isn't really uncomfortable. A deep massage would kill me!
If you haven't tried a gentle massage, give it a try. I know they really help me. I go once a month but would go more if I could afford it. I'm having one next week. Ahhhhh.....

If you are getting physical therapy, don't let them hurt you. If they do something that is too painful, have them stop. Remember, YOU are the boss. You are paying them to help you. You will have pain but don't allow unbearable pain. You probably are worrying for no reason. The physical therapists have good training and probably deal with fibro patients frequently. I haven't seen a physical therapist so I can't give you any more info than what I have. Do let us know how it goes because we do care about
you.
