The most scary thing to me is when my fingers go into uncontrolled shaking/spasm. Is this common?

sorry but yes.......the last time it happened to my feet i was driving.wow what a scary spasm.that was the last day i drove.
i ended up in the er two weeks ago .it was a spasm going up my back to my kneck but would,nt go away.i had to walk in bent over.
isn,t this fun !?
we have to raise awareness and be there for each other.
thry to stay reasted and soak in the tub.that.sll help.
