There is proof that smoking reduces the effects of a chronic disease.
Some ex smokers developed U.C. after they quit smoking and went in remission after they started smoking again.
Smoking might have an effect of regulating the immune system. This is no joke, go google it yourself.
So since it works for a disease such as U.C., it can very well work for fibro? Also, I mentioned controlled smoking. Maybe 1 cig per day, or whatever to keep the fibro in remission. (if it works at all)
Heck, Montell Williams to slow down his M.S and he's pretty vocal about
it.
Oh, I don't have fibro, I have U.C. I just check the other sections from time to time to read up on stuff.
