I am not sure what set me into severe pain. I haven't hurt this bad in so long. It hasn't let up all day and it's starting to push my buttons. It was the warmest day we had this year and I couldn't get in the yard. I hope tomorrow brings a better day. These days remind me real quick why I can't carry a job.

Sometimes there is nothing! And that bites! It just happens.
Go sit outside and enjoy the day. There will be time to play later. I will often do that when I don't have the energy for anything else.
I realize how much of my energy I burn at work, at those moments. So many times, I stop and drop. There is more pain after, since I push through the day. We all need to make our best choices for what we need!
Feel better!

Hoping your pain subsides and your day becomes better.
Fibro is full of surprises.
Wishing you the chance to be able to enjoy your day outdoors!
Hugs, Robin
