(Regarding shopping one to two hours after taking medication, I wish she would have mentioned having someone else drive, especially if the meds are at all strong)
One super-quick meal I make that tastes good, even when I'm not feeling great, is to mix a can of tuna, a can of cream of mushroom soup and some cooked noodles, and maybe some canned peas. Kind of a comfort food for me.
