low cortisol and adrenal fatigue

I posted this on the CFS forum as its more relevant there, but I had this test result back and its quite interesting...the clinician said a lot of people with fibro or CFS have these hormonal imbalances...my question is has anyone on this forum been tested for adrenal fatigue and been found to have it alongside fibro?

ive just been tested for adrenal fatigue and it showed my levels were terribly low...in exhaustion stage.
my cortisol levels were 15.9 /nmol - should be between 21 - 41for my age

My DHEA was 1.04 and should be between 2 - 6...

This is through a private clinic which has tested me, not available through our normal medical system...NHS (in uk) so as suspected, I have hormone imbalance

Does anyone have advice on this? I am about to take supplements to support this...

This could be the main reason for my fatigue

well starting to fit pieces together at least...maybe I can begin to feel less fatigued now with the right support and relaxation techniques to reduce stress from my life...ive asked for a melatonin test next as il bet thats out of sync also :o)
