I am posting this on the Lupus board too because I could use tips for both issues as I do not know which is causing my problem.

Hey guys. I had been doing really well. I had my gastric sleeve surgery. I have been losing weight. I haven even been able to exercise. Now though I can feel a flare coming. I can't tell if it is UCTD or Fibro or both. I got dx with them at about the same time. I was in my Rhemi's office Monday. She gave me a shot of torodol. She said sometime that will knock a flare out. Anyway I am still so new to this and it has been a while I have forgotten what to do to help stop the flare. I know stay out of the sun and rest. Any other tips? My joints are really sore but some pressure points are sore as well. Thanks and I hope you all are well.

What Angel said is just what I would, too. Whenever I stay in any position too long, I regret it.

I'm glad you've been doing better since your surgery. Hope you figure out how to minimize this flare, whatever's causing it.
