Hi all,
I haven't posted for a while. I have been very weak and low on energy after I fasted.You remember that I posted about Ramadan and that I shouldn't do it this year, well I ended up doing it. Afterwards I was very weak, my knees were not carrying me at all. Afterwards I took a month where I work only part time and it is helping , I am getting stronger and stronger.
I have some questions today :
Do you know about teasel root and do you know if it is good for FM and also which store can I find it?
I went for a massage and the lady told me that she used to use it for her FM and it helped her. I asked her where she got it but she said a friend gave it to her a long time ago.
Also I bought some magnesium malate but the pills are really too big for me to swallow. Anybody who knows of any brand that is not so big would be really helpfull?
