With Fibromyalgia is it common to often be nauseous? I am nauseous every day. Overnight if I wake up I feel nauseous, and almost every morning when I wake up.

Hmm. I would say that nauseousness might (in my amateur opinion) be linked to medications and/or IBS symptoms.
Acid reflux from lying down?

I get the nausea quite a bit myself. I have had IBS & GERD for 15 years and it isn't that. I also get an odd bit of dizziness now and then.
My suspicion is that it is related to my Meds. I had Fibro for at least 2 years before this. The nausea started after my Meds changed last fall. I have narrowed it down to Lyrica or Modafinil. It hasn't gotten bad enough that I am willing to give either up. My current mix of Meds lets me have more good days than bad.
After I had the flu a few weeks ago, I wasn't able to take supplements or much of anything. I thought it would be a good time to start slowly and figure out what supplements are unnecessary. Make it easier on my stomach. :)
So my long story leads to ... Could it be your Meds? The side effects listed for Lyrica match our symptoms. Lots of other things too...

Nausea is certainly not a common symptom for me personally with fibro..i would suspect a med also.

Yes, nausea is a symptom for me, especially when I get tired. My rheumy prescribed phenegren, & I also take medical cannabis.

Talk to your doctor about
Zofran - few side effects. They even have dissolvable pills. Phenergan works but makes you sleepy.

Yep, phenegren can make one sleepy. However, it doesn't bother me, but I have a high tolerance for meds with drowsiness as a side effect.
