I like the way the article noted the "whole" person and included several things; not just one: sleep, diet, etc.. In other words, pulling everything together to make things work.
Too often, there's only a focus on only one or two aspects of a problem/issue. For fibro, we all know we have to struggle to make it "all" work. And, it sure feels good to make even the first 'piece of the puzzle' fit.
We always have our work cut out for us, don't we? But I think anyone struggling with fibro on a daily basis and trying to improve their life step by step deserves a pat on the back. That includes everyone on this forum!
