Hi guys I have been having muscle spasms all my life and PVCs and many other fibromyalgia related symptoms such as chronic fatigue etc and I have noticed I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia) as well. Has anyone with fibromyalgia ever been diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia? It is where your heart rate jumps when you stand from a sitting position.

Hi, Sam, and welcome! I'm not sure about that but several of us have heart palpitations...me included. My doctor said, after thoroughly checking me out and running four tests, that they are caused by fibro.

Well, Sam, I got curious and checked it out and, yes, fibro can cause this! Here is a link from the National Institutes of Health that states this.

Thanks for quick the reply Sherrine. Also I wanted to know if constant muscle twitches and random radiating pain throughout the body everyday was a common symptom of fibromyalgia?
