Happy light

I did try it, it works nicely. In the dead of winter you need light therapy. I noticed a difference on days I didn't use it. I'll be using it again as winter is here. Helps with depression.

Don't use if you have photosensitivity.

We used to have a mod here that swore by those lights. It helped her so much. She had a wedding cake bakery she ran out of her home and could do this because the light helped her so much.

I wish you the best of luck with this. I think it's a good option...especially to help with depression.
