Those early mornings can be sneaky. If I lie in bed for any amount of time, all kinds of things start crossing my mind. I've learned I have to pop out of bed almost right away, or my mind will be very busy!
Last week, some odd and somewhat creepy things happened (twice) in our area, putting everyone (us, our neighbors, etc.) on alert. I noticed my fatigue slowly crept up after that, through the week. Things are more quiet this week (and hopefully will stay that way). I hope to be better focused and accomplish a little more.
I find I have to work to shrug off anything that could cause concern or fear, as much as I can. I don't know your beliefs, but my faith helps me tremendously with that. Positive self-talk helps, too, as well as keeping busy (not always easy with fatigue, for sure). I think we have to do what we can about a problem, then relax as much as possible. Time, too, is a great healer. And of course, pacing ourselves is a must with fibro.
Please let us know how things are going. Thinking of you and hope you have a great week!
