finished with incivek

hi guys, just opened e mail from drs. office. at the end of 12 weeks im still undetectable and i get to stop incivek. tuesday was my last dose. today the butt burning stopped. tomorrow , hopefully something else. my hgb is teetering just above 10. thats rough. i had to stop driving because my feet and ankles swelled up. dr says she sees that with other chemo. it scared me, thinking liver problems. i have 11 more darts then svr in december      fingers crossed  barry

You wouldn't worry about a little swelling had you seen my feet and legs a month ago--and I have a new liver!

I get excited when I hear news such as yours. My husband just finished week 4 and has an appointment with his doctor next Wednesday to find out his blood work results. He never has gotten the burning butt but he has been using the moist wipes each time but not sure if this is the reason. His biggest complaints are the fatigue & nausea. He is using fenergan for nausea but we need to get something stonger. Do you have any suggestions for the nausea? I have ordered him some queasy pops online to see if they help as much as the adds say. His doctors office recommended them. If they work I will post to let others know.
