teleprivir cost and copay

hi everyone, i picked up my 1st month supply of the hep c trio. i sort of lost my breath when i saw the cost of the 3 meds. here is the breakdown the peginterferon was 2491.00, my copay was25.00. the teleprivir was $17,650.00 and my copay was $12.50. ribiviran was $175.00 and copay was $10.00. these copays are with senior advantage(kaiser+medicare). docs wont let me start for 2 weeks because i was running a fever and had a rash. i will get back to you all later. a couple weeks after i start.      barry 

Sounds about right. I pay $30 for pegasys and $15 for ribavirin each month.
