constant pins and needles

Hey everyone, looking for a bit of advice I have suffered from ibs for the past 3 years but recently over the past week or so I have had constant pins and needles in my big toe and the one next to it on my left foot I have also been having dizzy spells when lying down on my right side just wondered if anyone has had anything like this before?

Hi, I haven't experienced these symptoms myself. Have you discussed them with a doctor? The pins and needles could be anything from low blood pressure to gout and, normally, when I have dizzy spells it is because my blood pressure has dipped a bit (I have naturally low blood pressure). I've never noticed dizzy spells that only occur when I am lying on one side though.
