help what can i have in food because am doing something wrong am gaining weight all time belly looks 6 months gone

pains trapped wind bad

dont think i can cope any more

and whats about food intolerance test have you any one tried it

Hi Jamie,
Eliminating foods like broccoli, cauliflower, beans, and other gas-producing foods might help. Over-the-counter gas relievers might help too, like Bean-O or plain old simethicone. I have mentioned this before to you, have you ever tried an over-the-counter gas reliever?
