is it safe cant have soya or rice milk
also any help for trapped gas and bloating

goats milk is a good alternative to cows milk (or rice and soy) of course you won't know for sure how it will affect you until you try it...what helped my gas and bloating was taking fibre supplements daily and indefinitely as directed by my GI 5 yrs ago now...it's done wonders...I have both crohn's and IBS.

Try Almond Breeze. You can get it by the Soy milk. It tastes good.
