How well is Provera (medroxyprogesterone) tolerated with IBS - Constipation?

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take the depo.  I have suffered and will continue to suffer and I wish I had googled more talked to more people or just been more informed before I took it, would have changed my entire life.  Please try a progesterone cream USP progesterone (not yam based), google instructions on how to use and try for at least 3-6 months to try and regulate your period and hormones.  Also, try eating and using less xenoestrogen products, such as soaps, laundry detergent, face products, lotions, most meats, anything with soy or parabens, probably pretty much everything you are eating or using on a daily basis is filled with these digusting chemicals which raise estrogen levels and decrease progesterone.  I took depo for 4 yrs and now at 28 I have severe adenomyosis, debilitating pain, hair loss, acne, skin problems, increased constipation, and weight gain that even daily exercise, weight lifting and years of dieting can not undo.  I am scheduled to have a hysterectomy in May, and I pray this helps some, especially since I have no children am not married and have dreamed since I was a kid of having my own family.  I can not go back, but hopefully I can help stop others from making the mistake I did.
