I have had the same problem. I have recently started taking rice protein shakes. The brand i use is called NHS. It's 100% rice protein. I take it with lactose and gluten free milk which also has a high level of protien and fat. If your unable to drink the milk it can be taken with water, although I would assume it wouldn't taste nice. The packet also recommends adding it to baked products aswell if you do any baking.
I have two of these per day in between meals, also use chocolate syrup for taste. Website for product info www.nhsupplements.com
