Dark diarrhea after colonoscopy??

I had smaller stools so my doctor suggested I had colonoscopy . I've FOBT and it was negative before the colonoscopy, I've never had dark stools before. They only found internal hemorrhoids.My colonoscopy was today and this evening I went to the toilet and had very very dark diarrhea. Is this normal at all???
