Creon side effects?

Hi,

I just started Creon after gb removal as I'm still in a lot of pain and can't eat any fat. My GI started me on creon yesterday to help digest fats easier. I started them today and have been taking them with every snack and meal and have experienced extreme exhaustion after every meal. I haven't had this before. The only thing I can think it could be is the Creon that I started today.

Has anyone else had a similar issue or any other negative side effects from Creon?
