I just drink this low fodmap drink, lemonaid, well it's lemon, ginger, turmeric and some other stuff, it's natural that's why i like it. Also, it tastes good. It has been 2 months now and it has helped me with bloating and cramps. I like it hot, it eases this tensed feeling in my body especially in the tummy area. If it's out of stock. I create my own ginger and lemon tea. Close enought lol. Then when I wake up I always drink a glass of warm water. It helps me throughout the day.
