anxiety over OVC HELP

The past 2 months been having chest pain basically after a scope and abdominal ultrasound on my gallbladder everythings been fine. Have had indigestion and burping a lot. It hurt to eat for a month doc said it was my anxiety making muscles tense up in my chest then that went away after loosing 15lbs now still have muscle tension and chest pain that comes and goes throughout the day. I also had a kidney stone in my right kidney that i apparently passed last month and a UTI i just cleared about a week ago.

Now my fear of ovarian cancer is so real after reading the symptoms. I havent had bloating. just loss of appitiete but that could be from my anxiety/depression if it is even that. I DONT KNOW and so scared that OVC symptoms mimic so many other small things

today is about 2 weeks into my menustral cycle i may be ovuating and having pains but my right ovary feels like it hurts and my hip leg and back on the right side is tight and now im freaking out that all this stuff going on with me is realated to OVC and not anxiety. Does this sounds anything similar to anyone or is it just my anxiety!! UGH :(


i have had normal CBC bloodwork, CT scan when i had a kidney stone, upper GI scope, and abdominal ultrasound

Im not sure if any of these test would should a hint to OVC or not if they werent looking for it so im trying to figure out if any of these test would at least show something abnormal. I got back to the doc in 2 weeks to see how im doing on the zoloft and almost want to demand a transvaginal ultrasound. Yes or no?

I am 24 female, never taken BC longer than 2 years, no family hister but i know age and family dont necesarily matter.... all this stuff just started happening one day. Its so scary its a "silent killer"

Student, anyone can read this forum, but only member can reply. Many of your readers may not be members. Add to that the fact that this is a kidney disease forum, and the usual posters here may not feel they have knowledge of your topic.

We are not doctors here, so cannot tell you what is going on. The symptoms of ovarian cancer are, indeed, non-specific. The only way to be sure is to see your doctor and have an exam. Why not schedule an appointment for this, and in the meantime take some deep breaths and practice your favorite relaxation activities.

If your CT and ultrasound were recent and showed normal ovaries, you probably have nothing to worry about. Try to relax while you're waiting.
