Clear and white tissue in my urine!!!

Hi guys... Just wanted to know if this has ever happened to you.. I've had suck a rough time dealing with kidney stones for almost a year my this has been my first time and it's been hard... To make a long story short on Jan6 I had my stone removed and the dr left a stent in for 3 weeks. Well he said I had lost of inflammation so it got removed on the Jan 29 and I haven't been back to my old self it's now been over a month since the stent has been out and off and on I get urethra spasms burning pain and sometimes blockage feeling... Well I guess it's barely starting to calm down my dr told me that I would see red scabs floating in my urine he said it was normal. But now I see clear and white looking tissue I don't know what that means have any of you seen this in your urine? And I wonder how long does it take to really heal? I will be calling my dr to ask him abou the clear tissue that I sometimes see I would like some feed back thanks in advance
