Hi, my dr. told me yesterday that I was slightly hyperreflexive, and my leg did something they see in parkinsons, although he assured me that I had no other symptoms for that, thankfully. I shake a lot, and have muscle twitching, my hands and legs tingle, but I have several more typical lupus type symptoms as well - fevers, swollen glands, rashes, joint pain, fog, etc. I lose words, names, numbers... sometimes it feels like my brain is moving through molasses! We have a small local business and as I stand there, shaking, unable to remember the customer's name, or the code for the item I'm trying to put in, I feel like such an idiot. People expect you to remember them when they've been in a lot, my husband's great at it, then there's me... I'm afaid that whatever this is, it's attacking my neurvous system. I read that that was possible in lupus, but movement type disorders being caused by it were somewhat rare. Is anyone else dealing with this? Some days Im on it, I feel pretty good, and I think I must just be nuts, other days I'm such a mess. Anyway, thanks for letting me vent. If anyone out there has similar things going on I'd love to hear about it, thanks again.
