Barb is in hospital

Thanks for the update on Barb, disheartening as it was to read. Glad she's in the hospital (you know what I mean) and getting taken care of.

I am not at HW often anymore, but a friend of Barb from way back. I'm mostly from the prostate cancer group, but Barb and I are "pain buddies", with our collective chronic pain issues.

If you are in direct contact, give her my best, and my prayers for her recovery from David. She will know who I am.

Barb, I've been gone from here for so long, and popped in today to see how everyone is doing. Your condition and situation makes me so sad, but I'm uplifted by your courage. You always keep on going and fighting, even without your family's support. My prayers are with you this Thanksgiving and every day, and I hope and pray that you're able to spend the holidays at home. Thinking of you.
