Pianful knot under right rib cage

I have had severe right side pain for years now.  For the past few mths I've felt a painful knot under my right rib cage and the pain radiates from the front to my back.  I had a ct scan because the dr felt it too.  It didn't show anything.  I haven't been dx with lupus my results always come back fine although I have been dx with fibro, I still believe I have lupus.  Has anyone on here ever had this?  I don't know where to go from here.
