Hi,
I just received a call from my doctor reviewing blood work results and she's referring me to a rheum. I am in limbo with having ms and have been for a number of years. In addition to my ongoing ms issues, I have been struggling with many new symptoms:
Extreme fatigue -- can be very overwhelming, joint paint in elbow and ankle, swelling in ankle/feet and some shortness of breath. I've had an echo cardio gram on my heart, lung function testing... Both came back normal. My doc thinks it's something a rheumatologist could help with.
My bloodwork came back with Ana positive 1:160 and homogenous pattern. My send rate is elevated and my ccp? is slightly elevated as well. All antibodies tested came back negative which I was great. Does this rule out lupus? I'm not sure what to think, she mentioned lupus as a possibility and possibly ra. I just want to know what's going on.. Thanks in advance for your reply a, it's my first time posting.
