Help: need info on NP near lancaster PA

Could someone send me the info on the NP in Lancaster (or near). I see Dr. F, but a friend of mine really wants to try this new NP, and I remember seeing something about her on this forum.

Her and her son is really suffereing . They think he may have Bi-Polar or Depression (he is only five). He has tested + for Lyme. Any other suggestions for local doctors in the Chester County area.
