Since I'm adding in some new things (today I added in MAX DHA), I'm not sure if this is a new symptom or a side effect.
I was just laying down when I heard and felt a click in my chest. It didn't hurt, but it startled me and my hands started tingling. I'm confident it's not a valve issue or anything because my recent Echo was great, I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced anything like it before?

It may be costochondritis. It affects the cartilage in your ribs and chest. Google it and see if it sounds like what you are experiencing. D

Hi Dowa,
I've had constant Costochondritis since I got sick. Sometimes it's not so bad, but it's been there the whole time. I've never had the clicking before though. I guess that can come on at anytime?

Interesting, as soon as I read your post I thought of costchondritis. My clicking is almost constant. Do you have severe pain at times with your costo Bella? D

Hi Dowa,
Yes, I have severe pain a lot with my costo. Sometimes I question whether it is that or chest pain, but it usually hurts when I press on it, so I know it's the costo.
The clicking didn't hurt or anything, but it was audible and I felt it. I guess it startled me because my hands tingled for a minute.
