My Morning therapy!

I drive and hour to work every morning so i turn on the heat to high and the time i get to work i'm had my sweat therapy....I cant afford a sauna so this is the next best thing for me. it make me feel good. I know it sounds crazy.

That sounds very smart! Do you take extra clothes with you? I was wondering how I was going to steam myself up twice a day without a sauna or hot tub, to do the herbal treatment I plan to start in June. You have just answered that beautifully! Thanks!!!

Turquoise Sky, yes i do take extra clothes with me. when i arrive at work i'm all sweaty. It help me alot.

There are some portable saunas on eBay for about $200.00. Someone told me about here. Was it you Torquiose? I can't remember, but I'm thinking about getting one.
