I'm Scared to sleep

Hey James,

I'm still up with you:) I'm sure it's anxiety about the Tick. Lyme already gives us anxiety and when we get on Antibiotics, sometimes the anxiety gets worse.

I have these weird episodes that happen to me at night and they seem to have gotten worse since I've been on Antibiotics. I don't know if it's sleep apnea but I wake up gasping for air and sometimes my heart is beating real fast. When I'm waking up, I feel like I'm dying in my sleep and I have to fight to stay alive. It's very scary.

Do you have anything to take to help you relax? I have a natural supplement that I take and it help me sleep.

You will be okay James. Take some deep breaths and think good thoughts.

james i'm up still also. you need to try to relax, i know eayer said then done. maybe you can watch a funny movie, something that can help relive your mind.

i'm no wimp. but i love my dogs too....lol

my part in that movie was when they where trying to take a shower while the sprinkler came around..

when i start to laugh, i start coughing

i know this might sound off, but now when i watch funny movies, it kinda makes me sad because i was so funny and comical.. now i'm just a sad sad person

or when they are trying to escape from the mexican prison, and hes running toward the car, and it look like he has bells palsy. and then they look at each other and they are both messed up.. and then everyone jumps in the car with people hanging off the back...

I sure hope all of you guys got some sleep last night!! I was up late too. I think it is the coming full moon. James, I wonder if you have bartonella? It gives you anxiety, can make you feel guilty, can cause dark spots on your skin. . . just things you say, makes me wonder.
I hate the full moon. I had nightmares last night too. You will probably sleep well tomorrow night.

James, I've always had spider veins. But in the past 2 years they have become exceedingly worse. They have gone down into my ankles all the way into my feet, and down there I also have red design type things. LLMD says that's Bart.

And after much research, I'm also thinking that I've had such bad spider veins my adult life is because I did have a TBI in 1972.  Because I have a BIG family and NO ONE else has these!

lymekiller..i'm sorry about that, sometimes my dreams are so bad i just can't tolerate them..

i need to figure out a way to become tired, but having mono and laying around all day and not doing any type of activities is adding to the insomnia.

i do worry about him almost more than me.. he is like my lifeline!! that might be sad to say.. but he is pretty much all i got in this world

i have to be there early, i'm just going to drive down wed night and stay all night. I don't have anyone to go with me, since everyone works and this was a last minute cancellation. I wonder if i could just bring a recorder? if not, i'll take a ton of notes.. they said you get and hr and half with him... that seems like a good amount of time..

Your dog should improve soon on the doxy. Mine has had it twice now too.

I woke up this morning to what was a kinda scary dream. It should have been more scary than it was I think, except that I was a 60 year old greek woman with a grandaughter. We were in a room with some people we didn't know, and people were trying to get in after us. I grabbed the doornob and was trying to hold it shut, when the man on the other side said that "It's just an old greek lady", and reached right through the door, reached inside my chest and stopped my heart. I wasn't scared though. I came out of my body and said "I'm still here, I'm okay". And then the alarm went off.

I did dream about a tick once years ago before getting Lyme disease. It was on a little old lady who was in a wheelcair and it was about the size of a bowling ball or even bigger and I knocked it off of her. That's all I remember of that one, but it did scare me. I don't know if it was a premonition or something, because I did miss 7 weeks of work from the nursing home in 2005 and a week and a half in March and another 4 weeks in May. It was a really weird dream though.

Hope you are able to get some good sleep soon! Have you tried meditation? Guided meditations help me to relax my muscles and mind.

I was recently told that a house in a dream is your body. That makes sense, if you were invaded and fighting them off, and are getting rid of them. I haven't checked it out myself yet, but was told to check out howtointerpretyourdreams.com The author is Michael Sheridan.
