Sonic update

We are kind of surprised that after we called them they said they would get back to us and still have not. Waiting.........but not sure for how long. Would have thought under the circumstances we would have heard from someone the next day.

You are covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act - their web page is a great resource for how and what to do in situations like this.  It could be that the person you called is not knowledgeable as to the law that covers people's rights with disabilities.  Store managers and district managers are going to play waiting games with you to see if you will just go away.  You are better off writing a letter to the president/chairman of the company about what happened.  That way it is documented and you will get the attention of the right people.  And they will know you mean business. 

Good luck!  Dont let these buttheads get away with anything.

ttlittlestar, I highly recommend contacting the corporate office especially since you still have not heard from the local store.  I think corporate needs to know about this incident.

i wouldnt let this slide, as the next child may not have a great mom like you to back them up. they are in the wrong and should be made very aware of it.
