Get a a portable infrared sauna to start. New ones are for sale on ebay for under $200. Lots of info on the internet about their benefits. I have one and it really does help. Also get a mini trampoline, also called a rebounder. Sports Authority sells them for under $50. Lots of info on their detox benefits on the internet as well.
