Yes, I've gradually developed sensitivities, allergies and intolerances for a number of foods. Tropical fruits & nuts were the first to go, followed by all meats (seafood, beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, etc.), gluten, sulfite preservatives, etc. I think Lyme plays a role in this for me, not sure if it only occurs in those with GI Lyme symptoms or not. I also have environmental allergies that cause cross-reactions with some foods (esp. fruits & some veggies) during pollen seasons.
I felt better by avoiding these foods, and was only later on tested for allergies. Some came back positive and some did not...but I figure if a food makes me feel bad why make my symptoms worse...Lyme is bad enough without adding food reactions to it.
