GI problems

Hi, I am trying to figure out what is going on with my body, and wondering if anyone has experienced similar symptoms. It all started after a bout of blood in my stool. I have had constant twitching, especially in my legs, 24X7 for the past 5 months since the blood. I am constantly dizzy and fatigued. There were two weeks when I had terrible brain fog and terrible memory loss and speech trouble, but has since cleared up. I did not have any bulls eye rash, but am getting little red raised dots over my body, with sort of a white center, as well as skin tags just appeared on my neck. My stools are looser than normal and have undigested food in them. My muscles cramp very easily. I have had terrible headaches. My hands tremor sometimes, and still have some troubles with speech( ie. mixing up words). Just recently I have spontaneous chest pain under both rib cages, that doesnt last long but is uncomfortable. these are a few i can think of. I have had numerous blood tests for pretty much everything, two brain ct scans, an abdominal ct scan, three chest x rays, 2 ekg's, and an abdominal xray. all came back clear. any help would be so much appreciated. i think it all stems from bowel issues, and i have a colonoscopy in a week. my lyme test came back negative. thanks so much!

I have the red patches all over my legs and arms. Nothing has made them lessen, they don't itch, but they sure are ugly. I have only shown positive for Lyme and Q fever. My Doc re tests me every 6 weeks for all infections. My LLMD has had patients come up negative 3 times then show a positive. He thinks it all has to do with what cycle each infection is in.
