I only did a quick search of this thread so forgive me if I ask an already answered question rolleyes

since I have been looking into the possibility of lyme, I found some interesting info on NMH. most of what I have been going thru for the last few years are consistent with NMH. I had a cardiac work up in the ER for these symptoms but not the tilt table. It seems to be an issue with lyme as well as auto-immune disorders. I would be very interested in anyone's experience with this.

neurally mediated hypotension it is also known as vasovagal response.

it is very low blood pressure attacks from the blood pooling in the legs. causes extreme fatigue. Dr Burrascano's treatment guidelines list it as a secondary problem with lyme. ??? The most significant symptom of it that I have is the inability to stand in one place long. I can walk through the store (albeit slow) but standing in line is horrific. I feel like I'm going to die. I get dizzy, my chest hurts, I get severe headache, I just feel like I cannot hold myself up one more minute. I thought that it was due to the walking at the store, but even standing doing dishes causes it too. once I have this "episode" I am down for 2 or more days depending on how bad it was. it also causes EEG abnormalities!

I guess the only way to diagnose it is a tilt table test.
