JUST the top of your head? Are you hot in general, or not? I've never had this specific symptom, just more generalized feeling of fever, constantly feeling too hot and bad sweating...intolerance to heat and cold.
I actually just saw a very similar post yesterday I believe, while cruising the message boards (not sure if it was on the Lyme forum or Chronic Pain forum...maybe it was you? - you could try searching the whole site for "hot head").
The only thing I can think, from common sense, is that heat obviously escapes your body through the top of your head (which is why people say if your feet are cold to put on a hat). Do you have a temperature? Do you notice if it helps to lie down (so the top of your head isn't the highest point of your body, where heat would rise?).
'Hope you figure it out...

First of all thank you for your reply and excuse me for my English.
Here is the only virtual community that I explained my problem.
Yes, just a little area (about
2 inches) at top of the head. Not fever, pressure, headache or any other symptoms. When it is hot I put ice on my head and it make me feel better.
And about
lie down, I tried it but my position make no difference at all.
