I'm having a herx day so while I don't feel like doing anything else, I'm on here looking for answers.... This whole thing sucks because I want to be a productive person again...one who has a mind. Ok, whining over. I try to do my whining when the herx is the worst!
One of my dilemmas, and maybe a dilemma of many, is that I am not hungry in the mornings but I need to get something in...especially to coat my stomach for the antibiotics. Right now I'm making a breakfast drink of a product called Rice and Shine, 1/2 teaspoon Udo's Blend 3-6-9 oil, some plain yogourt, and almond milk. I'm running out of the Rice and Shine and I'm not all that smitten with it anyway. It was in my freezer from last year and thought I'd use it. Does anybody have a good morning drink they put together? I really can't tolerate food most mornings especially herx ones. Another problem is going to be doxy. I will be cycling into it in 7 days and it can't be taken with or close to dairy. The almond milk should be ok but I can't use yogourt or kefir.
I know some of you have been at this a long time and surely you have some ideas. Thanks....
