Sorry your daughter is having such a bad time with this.
There are a couple of good Lyme Dr.s here in the Seattle area. One treats many people from BC and maybe Alberta. There is a Canadian pharmacy that is willing to rewrite his Rx's (my understanding). Once a treatment plan is set up, I think you can probably see him one month and then have phone appts for a couple of months. Is this something you might be interested in?

And a small request. Many of us have some cognitive problems. hehe .... it would help a ton if you could break up your posts into smaller pieces. The "wall of text" is a little rough.
Oh .... it's typical for Lyme symptoms to get worse (maybe much worse) when starting abx treatments. The bacteria release toxins when they die, and that's why things get worse for a while. These 'Herx" reactions get milder as treatment continues.
