cold weather

Dear Roses,

I can no longer tolerate heat OR cold. I've moved very near the coast (less than 2 miles) so that the high temperature during the day is usually somewhere between 55 and 75 and the lows between 40 and 60. Occasionally it will get down to freezing or we'll have a really hot day, but very seldom.

I have Raynaud's syndrome plus erythromelalgia, which are neurovascular conditions. My feet and hands (but mostly feet, for me) react to the temperature and can become extremely painful if they get too hot or cold. Plus the Babesiosis sometimes makes me perspire even if I'm freezing!

I TOTALLY understand where you're coming from! I'm sorry that you live in a more extreme winter climate. It must be very difficult to deal with!

speaking of WOOL.....I got a little tip here for everyone. I worked in garment center half my life. What we wear is everything. As you all know everything has it's own vibration or 'light frequency".
fabric can be measured and the most powerful frequencies are WOOL and LINEN.
not cotton, not HEMP. definitely not polyiester and not even rayon. not even "organic" cotton.
Hemp is 12 signature frequency. cotton can be 50 to 500 if it is organic. polyester is zero.
No one who is chronically ill should be wearing polyiester.. definitely not sleepin on it.
For me my skin is so sensitive and I can only sleep on high thread count eqyptian cotton of my own linen fabric. and I can not wear any polyiester...it FREAKS me out.

Wool has a signature frequency of 5000

Linen has a signature frequency of 5000.

and never to blend the two together . they cancel each other out.

Linen is antimicrobial and is used in surgical proceedures . It lasts forever.
When people sleep on linen sheets they NEVER get bed sores.

It is the HOLY FIBER.

it protects you from the UV rays of the sun.

Once you have worn linen in heat of the summer you will never wear cotton again.

and when you wear PURE WOOL in winter you never get cold.

These fibers / fabrics are always mentioned in the bible.
When you wear linen you get happy and feel light. your whole moood is lifted.
when you wear wool you feel so strong and solid like this soft protective shield and mood is lifted.

check it out . people say they don'tlike linen because it wrinkles but if you use fabric softner
it comes out dryer just fine. I never iron my linen clothes. and the more wrinkled the more compliments I get. The older the pants the better they get.

When you wear linen the people around you get happy even. they are attracted to the light coming off the fiber.

anyone with psorriasis should be wearing linen. it comes in light weight , medium weight, hanky weight and heavy weight. If you hang linen on your windows it will bring up the energy of the room.

It is the most healing fiber. What we surround ourselves with in terms of fabric, the couch , chairs, curtians, bedspreads ...the more natural fiber the better for us.
Ok ...enough . i could o on for days about this.
Actually , sticking more to the thread and temperature. my whole reality changed in ters of handling heat or cold after getting on low dose T3/T4 thyroid meds.

Hey Trav, do you take any thyroid meds?

I used to love the cold because I was always hot...LYME has changed that.

Rosesinjanuary and Traveler I also live in the midwest close to KC and yep the snow is coming.

Brrrr is right ! ! Well we got the snow and more to come. If this wind would die down a little it
wouldnt be so bad....my american flag is flying straight up.

Im sure my son will be begging to head out and get a sled. So glad he can drive now.
