OT- Please bear with me!!

HI All,
I looks like round two of the flu has hit!!! Hubby has come down with this wicked influenza B (intestinal flu ) and I have been a bit preoccupied with trying to help hm out. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if I end up with another round of this flu before all is said & done.

I just wanted to let you all know that I haven't dropped off of the edge of the world!!!!

Hope your hubby feels better..  I'm sure you already know about making fresh ginger tea for his tummy.. 

I was planning on buying a bottle of Dr. J's Virogen for the flu (if viral) just in case but never got around to it..   Another thing to put on my list..

I sure hope that you all start feeling better soon! I've sent you an email already. Don't worry about the forum. Take care of you and hubby first.

The good news is - so far so good!!! I've upped my Vitamin C to 4,000 mg /day and have started Echinacea as well!!!

Kind of embarrassing though - he only had it for about 36 hours!!! ACK!! Mine lasted a full 14 days!!!
