You might check and see if one of your supplements has DHEA in it ... hehe .... that will do it.
In theory men can take up to 100 mg/day and women 50 mg/day (could get hair growth problems etc. over that). At 100 mg/ day I had bad acne. My then 19 yr old daughter thought it was pretty funny when I asked for her help on acne stuff at the pharmacy.
We dropped back to 50 mg/ day and I haven't had much problems since.
