What to do after detox soak?

I spent some quality tim with my rubber ducky in the Epsom Salt/H2O2 bath this evening at 98 degrees. It felt great - do I rinse off afterwards or leave it alone?  Thanks all!

Thanks A/G - I decided NOT to rinse off. Don't think it had any adverse affect. However, the detox bath itself - I guess I can expect some herx or after-reaction. Today, I am experiencing some increase in symptoms and believe I can contribute it to a number of possibilities - the detox bath, working out pretty hard yesterday and/or adding some herbals to my supplemt regimen since Friday (Japanese knotweed/resveratrol and Eluero). I get to see an LLMD Wednesday so I am excited. I now I have Bb per testing but want to find out which co-infections, if any, are also present (I have a sneaking suspicion, Bartonella is one due to mine symptoms being primarily neuro-based). Thanks for the response - I am going to take a shower now - so my rinse was 12 hours late?!!?

Traveler - I did not even think about the peroxide/hair thing! When I was a teenager in the 70s, we would use peroxide to get our hair to go lighter - though, being blonde by nature, my hair turned anyway. It still turns now at 51 (at least the part that is not graying at the fringes!). Was out working around the yeard - here in MD today, it is very humid so came in soaked and dirty - now to check myself for ticks (uggh) and take a soaking bath! My bro-in-law got married this weekend in Costa Rica and, since we live close to the local regional airport here in Salisbury, we kept his car for him so he did not have to apy the parking. Well, we're having a car decorating picnic later today so, when he comes home tomorrow, the car may be unrecognizable.

For me, if I can stay active with the neuro symptoms, they have less effect on me. They are still NO FUN, but more manageable. It allows me to keep the faith better that the fog will lift again someday!...(it does, actually on-and-off now...at least) Thanks and have a great rest of the weekend!

Trav, just wondering where you get your powdered sulphur?  I read that it's behind the counter at pharmacies...but I checked with no luck.  I ordered some online but it cost $6.99 for a very small amount. 

oh yeah, I have been "visited" by chiggers many, many times before as well and, mosquitos - that's our state bird around here...uggh.
