I have read lots of positive things online, and even talked to people...however...the skepticism remains...

I heard some good things too but I hear ya about
the skeptism.
A little healthy skeptism is good.
I've never tried it. I doubt I will

It's not very safe. It's great to have high doses of C and in fact, there are clinic trials being done now with IV VIT C therapy in one of the largest cancer centers up here in Canada.
The key to wellness with lyme is to clean up the body first, then work on the organs, then build the immune system.
The body cannot and will not not fight virus and bacteria unless it has cleans pathways to do so.
Personally, I never used this when I had lyme, nor would I suggest it

I worry about
all of that salt - especially if you are a person that already has a high blood sodium issue going on. I happen to suffer from low blood sodium, but all of that salt scared me away from looking into this possible treatment! Please be sure you are under a doctor's care if you choose to do something like this!!!

Yes Yes yes....under a dr's care! I agree with Traveler, the high sodium is not safe!
Salt is great for the adrenal glands/fatigue, which most lyme sufferers suffer from, but the way to nourish the adrenals is a much gentler process.

I tried it for a while and I didn't think it worked well at all. My glands were just as swollen as ever and I still felt like crap after drinking gallons of that stuff. Everyone is different though.

Peacesoul,
Could you explain how to nourish the adrenals? I'm really curious about
that as I have to supplement mine still.
All seeing !
How have you been? It's good to see you! Are you feeling any better? Please do fill us in - if you don't mind.
