You really suck today. Migraines, feeling like I ran 13 miles and a short temper are not my idea of a good time. Let's talk to our friend Doxy so he can give you a kick up the you know what. 'kay?

You might as well surrender. We have you cornered. We know all your hiding places and we will rout you out. Most of your compadres have been dealt with. We know all of your disguises.

Dear Lyme,
We have been together for such a long time now, but I have to end this relationship. I do realize that you really love my body, but so do I and I feel it's time for me to have some alone time with myself. Now that I am seeing this wonderful doctor, I no longer want you tagging along. I know that you have had a great deal of fun and even invited others to come play, but it's time I moved on.

I'm sorry, I know that this is sudden and harsh, but I just don't think that we are meant to be together any longer.

Dear lyme

You know, I didn't like you much when I first met you this past Spring.   And now I must say that after getting to know you and all your pathetic'buddies', well I actually DESPISE you!   I despise you all.  You have brought out the worst in me.  You make me say all kind of bad words that I never even thought of before. 

The last straw was when you introduced me to yet "another" one of your obnoxious, destructive, hateful buddies!  I just feel so violated.  You all have violated me. You wreaked havoc on my body.  How dare you?!? 

You know, I have never wanted to kill anything so much in my life!  Well guess what?!
Now I want nothing more than to kill you ALL and I will too!  mad

I have had enough and I want you all GONE!
GOT THAT?!?!?!?!   GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, this will help us!! The emotional side of us is a part of us and contributes to our healing or illness. By actually telling Lyme, Babs, Bart & others good bye once in a while, we are actually using positive thinking - which has been proven to help!!!

Keep those good-bye letters coming!!! smilewinkgrin

Dear Lyme, I didn't know you for a while but now I realize you're such a control freak. :( You wouldn't get out when I asked nicely, so it looks like I have to take you to court and rain justice on yo azz. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. That money goes to the insurance company.
