I believe we all need to also be on a decent once a day multi vitamin & multi mineral supplement and the Vitamin B Complex. I take an Omega 3-6-9 as well - I actually can feel the difference when I don't take this one for several days!
I also use a green tea supplement - it's helped me with detoxing, with getting my bad cholesterol under control, and with my calcium needs. I can't take calcium supplements if I have any desire for my intestines to work!
