just found my tolerance from the HH tabs & General Zhang information

What is the recommended dosage? I bought the HH capsules (no Bartonella, though), to treat Lyme, but I have yet to take any because I am nervous about the extreme nausea that some have reported. I've been wanting to add them in, but I am SO sensitive to everything, I don't want to take too much.

well i think many people start out at 1 a day or 3 a day (1 tab 3 times a day)...i am waiting on the book so will let you know what it suggests

even doing the 1/4 tab stopped my leg burning this am which i woke up with..

i didn't have nauseau, but it plugged me up good and even when i tried to do one a day, same thing..so maybe i can do 1/4 tab a few times a daya nd wull try that after a few days, so I can get to the 1 a daya nd go from there

got the book..not too much information here on a defined protocol per sec..its probably that way for legal reasons

just some useful information on the phramakinetics (if thats the word on what all bugs-bacteria these various components of each product work on)

As per the link that I believe borderlyme posted on your set pf zhangs question and funny i posted on my other zhang questionlink as well..it seems the bart products are
HH-
Coptis
Allicin-Garlic or(R5081 if you cannot tolerate Garlic) and
Circulation P.

I think the circulation P really knocked me out (increased blood flow and i feel into deep sleep) which is a good sign..ie it increased circulation and allowed me to nap off for 2 hrs tonight from 5-7 pm which is usually hard as i am amped up

It doe say HH is 1 tab-3 times a day...somehwree i thought i had sen that it was 6 tabs 3 times a day..but maybe
i had this completely wromg..maybe max dose is 6 tabs in total period..I know they make a higher strength HH which is called HH2 or something so I presume that is what this is for


Its interesting as in the book which is no big "Eureka Moments:, he does discuss many times, the benefits of increasing circulation and the role some of these herbs have on increasing blood flow and i believe breaking up fibrin...these seems to be a common thread in my current regimen...so am working that angle quite hard

and its ordering the book that is the magic-you then get 15 minutes with Dr Zhang himself or at least it says you do
and gives you a preformatted list of questions-issues to help guide your questions as it relates to symptoms, so I think ordering from this hepahealth is a good idea
